Our favourite, good all round hotel in Pattaya with unobtrusive and nice staff. The great location for the price, just off entertainments, the beach and restaurant.

The hotel had a lovely and cozy decoration, with beautiful flowers and paintings that made me feel at home. The general areas were well-maintained, and it was easy for me to navigate around the hotel as a senior woman. The children working there were always helpful and respectful, making my stay pleasant.

I would have loved to see more activities or amenities specifically catered to senior people during my vacation.

sutus court 2 really impressed me during my luxurious holiday in pattaya. the swimming pool was fantastic and the restaurant offered great value for money. the friendly staff made me feel welcome and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and plenty of entertainment options nearby.

Unhelpful staff, room was dowdy and rundown, in need of a good clean and an update. Staff gave the impression that the customer was just an inconvenience to their normal routine, any request or question was invariably met with a sigh and look that said "are you stupid? Why are you bothering me? I am talking on the phone.

Free Wi-Fi was excellent. Hotel room charges are very reasonable. Good location to reach walking street and beach road. Round the clock you can see people walking on the roads. Nearby there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, massage parlors and dance/Go Go entertainments. Immediate assistance from the staff. Abundant supply of drinking water. Stayed for 12 nights and I would like to stay here during my next visit.

All six power plug points have become wider in such a manner that all three mobile phones male plug points had to be packed with paper to hold the phone for charging. Safety boxes are kept behind reception. Does not have exhaust in the toilet. Noise from the construction and welding repair works of the hotel. AC is old and the room becomes cool only after 90 minutes. Feel sad for employees since they had to work 12 hours. Calls from outside are transferred to an answering machine and hence difficult to inquire and/or get connected to people residing in this hotel. It was during my 4th attempt that I got the telephone operator and the rest of the 3 times the calls were transferred to the answering machines and after hearing lots of messages in Thai language the call is automatically disconnected. This happened even while calling from Bangkok. INCOMING CALLS SHOULD BE ROUTED THROUGH TELEPHONE OPERATOR AND NOT THROUGH the answering machine since all guests using this hotel are foreigners who does not know Thai language. Should have more photos of massage ladies.

This place has a great central location near entertainment, the beach, and restaurants, making it convenient for travelers.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect - close to bars and restaurants, yet amazingly quiet at night. The staff were friendly and the onsite motorbike parking was a bonus.

The food for breakfast could use some improvement.

I can tell you that much: Room very nice ;.-) "Room 835" close to Jaccuzi with good view :-) Jaccuzi 100% OK Close to Soi Diana Round "Party Round" About 700 Bath for a day I WILL BE BACK ;-)

Only one minus: Cannot buy beer on the hotel ;-( But can buy just over the other street "10 meter from hotel" hehe

I love staying at this hotel year after year, and I will continue to do so in the future. The location is fantastic, with plenty of entertainment options nearby. The hotel has different budget options in different zones, making it suitable for everyone. Plus, the giant bubble pool is a must-try! Another great feature is the personal safe available at the reception, giving me peace of mind during my stay.
